These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and AuthlyX Technologies Ltd. ("AuthlyX," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
1. Our Services
AuthlyX provides developers with tools to manage authentication, applications, users, licenses, variables, files, and related services via the AuthlyX Dashboard, APIs, and connected modules.
The Services are available globally but may not be used in jurisdictions where use would violate applicable laws.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use AuthlyX.
- By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you have the authority to act on behalf of yourself or your organization.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
- Sharing accounts is prohibited.
- AuthlyX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
Anti-Abuse and Alternate Accounts
Creating or using alternate accounts ("alts") to manipulate invites, rewards, limits, access levels, or any system behavior is strictly prohibited. If we reasonably determine that accounts are being used to game the system, all related accounts may be banned and rewards revoked. We may require additional verification to restore access.
4. Intellectual Property
- AuthlyX owns or licenses all rights to our platform, including code, branding, and designs.
- Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use AuthlyX in accordance with these Terms.
- You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell AuthlyX without permission.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Engage in illegal or abusive activities through AuthlyX.
- Circumvent security measures, exploit vulnerabilities, or attack AuthlyX's infrastructure.
- Create excessive load on servers (e.g., mass automated accounts).
- Resell or sublicense AuthlyX services without written consent.
6. Plans, Purchases & Payments
- AuthlyX offers free and paid subscription (Free, Basic, Plus, Elite & Enterprise).
- Payments are processed via third-party providers.
- Prices may change with prior notice.
- Refunds are subject to our discretion unless required by law.
7. Data & Privacy
AuthlyX collects and stores user data (e.g., email, username, session tokens, device information) to provide services. Data is stored in Supabase and secured with encryption, RLS (Row Level Security), and Ed25519 signature validation. Use of AuthlyX is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if you breach these Terms or use AuthlyX in ways that cause harm or legal risk. You may delete your account at any time via the dashboard.
9. Disclaimers
AuthlyX is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not responsible for losses from downtime, data loss, or misuse of the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
AuthlyX's total liability to you for any claim will not exceed $20 USD. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss).
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold AuthlyX harmless against any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services, breach of these Terms, or violation of others' rights.
12. Modifications
AuthlyX may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or the courts of that jurisdiction.
