By using AuthlyX, you agree to this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Service, and applicable laws. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.

We may collect the following types of information when you register, log in, or interact with AuthlyX:

  • Personal Data: Name, username, email, profile picture, and contact details.
  • Account & Security Data: Passwords, multi-factor authentication details, device identifiers, HWID/SID values.
  • Transaction Data: Subscription details, billing information, payment confirmations.
  • Technical Data: IP addresses, browser type, device information, usage patterns, cookies, and session tokens.
  • Sensitive Data (with consent): Limited payment details processed via third-party providers (e.g., Paystack, Flutterwave). AuthlyX itself does not store full card details.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

  • Provide and operate AuthlyX's authentication and licensing services.
  • Manage accounts, subscriptions, and access permissions.
  • Improve user experience, troubleshoot issues, and secure the Platform.
  • Communicate updates, offers, and support.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing of Data

We may share your information with:

  • Affiliates & Service Providers: Hosting partners (Supabase, Vercel), payment processors, cloud storage/CDN providers.
  • Developers: Where you access services tied to a developer's app within AuthlyX.
  • Law Enforcement & Legal Authorities: When required by law or to protect rights, security, or integrity.
  • Third-Party Integrations: OAuth providers (Google, GitHub, Discord) and security services (Cloudflare Turnstile).

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Security Measures

  • Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
  • Ed25519 digital signatures are used for response verification.
  • Row Level Security (RLS) ensures isolation of developer and user data.
  • Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Despite our measures, no system is 100% secure. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

  • We retain personal data only as long as necessary for providing services or as required by law.
  • Users may request account deletion at any time via the dashboard.
  • Deleted accounts may be retained in anonymized form for analytics or fraud prevention.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access, update, or correct your personal data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Restrict or object to certain data processing.
  • Export your data in a portable format.
